Meet Marsha
Marsha Ershaghi, EdD, CCEP, is a globally recognized expert in enterprise risk management, leadership strategy, and organizational culture. A seasoned EdTech innovator and certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, her early career began at the forefront of developing enterprise technology products for Michael Milken and Larry Ellison’s Knowledge Universe portfolio of companies. Her focus was to improve the formation of human capital by scaling better education. She later expanded into pioneering EdTech products and consulting solutions at LRN, Inc. that codified governance, risk, and compliance education in a post-Sarbanes-Oxley era. The compliance and ethics programs set a new industry standard, delivering insights that empower Fortune 500 companies to address corporate misconduct and build sustainable corporate cultures.
As Managing Director at Tapestry Networks, she was a co-leader of a board governance practice, overseeing peer networks for board committee leaders in Audit, NomGov, Compensation, and Talent. A published scholar in business ethics and leadership behavior, Marsha’s expertise has been featured in media and publications and worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Marsha is a visiting faculty at USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Peter Arkley Risk Management Institute. She serves as a board advisor to several early to mid-stage tech enablement firms including Compliance.ai, Ethena, JustHerRideshare, and mentors emerging innovators in the Lewis Latimer Fellowship program. She is a contributing partner to the Ershaghi Center for Energy Transition at USC Viterbi, and is a Managing Partner at LMH Strategies, Inc.
